My second card on the Realistic section of the forum. Please tell me if it contains any OCG Errors, and please rate it :). Here it is:

Lore: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing 1 Level 4 or higher monster. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, your opponent cannot Normal, Special or Tribute Summon any Dragon-Type monster. When this card is destroyed, remove it from play.

I see this card is like the previous one...the effect is the same just the summoning condition is different and and the summoning preventing also...

Card design which targets specific types, attributes, archtypes or cards with the intent of making them less useful is degenerate. This is bad. Don't make these cards. “Anti-Synchro” or Fusion doesn't really count, since those are just really counters in the same way Dark Bribe is a counter to a Spell, very general. That doesn't mean they're good either, they don't tend to be.

 

Don't make things that only target (for example) Dragons. They're neigh-unplayable and bad for the game when they actually are playable. It's a nice try, but the whole concept is bad so I won't go any further.
