Most definitely, the anti-meta and the meta both got weakened greatly by this list. I personally am happy the Lightsworns just DIED.

This list is crap, the D-Hero engine isn't a problem, it just adds draw to decks that need it. Mali is a problem, but hit that, not D-Draw. Allure didn't need to be hit, Mezuki at 1 is fine, it's searchable via Goblin, and with Brio limited, its all good. If Allure had stayed at 2, Zombies wouldn't really be hurt, Zombie Synchro is still a good tier 2-3 deck (depending on the definition).

 

BW format, Glads didn't really move.

I didn't say anthing about limiting it. It's bannable. In this meta it doesn't make a difference but it doesn't change the fact that never ending tribute folder is bad for the game.
