-Griffin
TBH... I love the effect, but what form to implement it in is a pain, help WC? Which of these seems better: |||DARK/(Warrior?)/Level 4|<500/1600 ATK?>|1000 DEF||While this card is in your Graveyard, Chains cannot exceed 2 Chain Links.|Was also thinking of making that version a Gravekeeper, changed to Spellcaster ofc. |||||Chains cannot exceed 2 Chain Links. As you can see, I don't even know what -type- of card this should be, although I'm leaning towards a monster, with the 1600 ATK version and possibly as a Gravekeeper. Suggestions for which choice to take? And comments on the idea? Please, include some form of reasoning and logic in your post, just "go monster" isn't helpful, nor is "good idea" if that's the full post. I want to know what combos this works with and such. Parting Shot
You've been talking to Icy, haven't you? ;) Anyways, with regards to this card, I really like the idea of it being a Gravekeeeper monster. The spell/trap effect would work, but I think it would be cooler as a monster. Plus, with the Graveyard control the Gravekeepers specialize in, it should be easier to keep it there than on the field as a spell/trap, even with a protection effect. Link to comment

Yeah, I'm probably going to go with the Gravekeeper idea. The other idea I'd just got was a Rock-Type for RockSTUN Decks, but they don't tend to have much of a thing with needing to stop chainables... I'll probably go Gravekeeper, if no-one else objects any time soon. Link to comment
Bringerofcake
In most of the games that I play, it seems that I/my opponent only play with 2 chain links. That is, the only time chaining is really necessary, it's only been two links. So I feel that this card might be a tad bit unnecessary. That being said, I like the idea of a Spell or Trap card, specifically either a Continuous Trap or a Field Spell. However, the monster effect seems to work out better, so go with that. Also, the Gravekeeper idea is interesting, but go with it if you're unsatisfied with the DARK milling tactics already existent. Link to comment

The idea was that a Deck running this could chain R-Break to any spell, and destroy Stardust, with no chance to be stopped. Or Dust Tornado to something to hit a backrow and be sure they don't chain a Waboku/Roar/MST/ect Link to comment
