"Neither player can Normal Summon or Set EARTH or WATER monsters."

Effect kinda contradicts itself, though. You'd have to show the monsters you set so your opponent can confirm their attribute.

"Neither player can Summon EARTH or WATER monsters."

I dunno, still a bad card.

 

So it goes from UP'd, to OP'd, and back to UP'd.

Cyndaquil has always been on my top 10 list. He could do with an effect, but if you keep him a vanilla, quilava and typhlosion have to have effects.

Good effects but pokemon evolve right? so I thought about tributing Chikorita to summon Bayleef and tribute Bayleef to summon Meganium but good effects though 9.5/10

Terribly underpowered.

 

Also, the cards do not match their real-life Pokémon effects. Chikorita's family has big defense.
