---If 2 or more of the revealed cards are Monster Cards, this card gains 1000 ATK until the End Phase and can attack twice during this Battle Phase. This card cannot attack directly using this effect.

No. Flipping implies activation or extended OCG.

Reveal implies showing the cards and replacing them without activation and it is the short OCG version of Flipping

excellent picture, just as I expected from you

 

the monster and trap effects are a bit on the OPed end though

 

for the trap, a small modification is needed. Lv7 or higher is a bit TOO high up the ladder to last just 1 turn. Make it lv5 or higher instead

 

for the monster effect, attacking twice is fine, but you didn't say the 1000 atk boost only lasts until the end of the turn, so that's OPed.

 

Furthermore, the drawback should be you can't attack your opponent directly AT ALL if this card attacks twice

Now, The trap effect I saw as balanced, its just Teleport except with a higher cost and another drawdack.

 

As for the monster card, i put that it lasts until the end phase :3
