It did help control the field and will be missed, but it was mainly used because it was easy to get in the grave. Pojo actually has some really smart people there, but they also have a huge amount of semi-incompetent people and that's why they have the mixed reputation. Stratos isn't broken, the only reason it's limited is because it can search itself :S and if you try to pull the D-Draw card (heh, punny), Malicious is the only thing in the D-Draw engine that can be considered a problem. Like you said the only "problem" was Malicious. I would like to believe they did it because they were worried about Ab 0. But why not just Limit/Ban Zero?
