I smell a nice combo with this card... (Sinister Serpent + Negate Attack (or some other CT) + Chain Goddess = Nice Stall.)

 

Creative and love the pic you used! I give this a 9/10, just because it can be used in a variety of Decks (Exodia, Burn Decks, etc.)
