Archelaus
Tribute 1 monster you control and Special Summon 1 monster with ATK less than the Tributed monster from your Graveyard in face-up Defense Position. The Special Summoned monster gains ATK equal to the Level of the Tributed monster x200 and it cannot change its Battle Position except with a card effect. During your opponent's next End Phase, if the Special Summoned monster is face-up on the field, it is switched to face-up Attack Position and it gains 1000 ATK until your next Main Phase 2. You can only activate 1 "Boot Up!" during your turn. Rate. Comments and Edits are welcomed.

animetorr
Hm.. First it gets a 200 x Level ATK boost, then a 1000 ATK Boost. OP much?

Also' date=' props for finding such a great pic, it actually looks like a real ygo card. ='] 9/
ragnarok1945
although near defenseless during your opponent's next turn, you'll probably find a way around that the OCG is just fine, though I'm unsure if this is considered OPed or not 9.5/
wero-vasto
It will need to be used in a Duel to see if it's OPed or not but I feel that it is x3 but good x) 8.9/

Des HERO
Intresting I like it boost atk,but theirs a card that attacks even in def mode so boot up helps it.Amazing card 9.5/10 .
Zeaux
So it is a "Monster Reborn" with a ATK boost up effect? I rather like it. The costs are fair and balanced. The 1000 ATK gain is over powered thought. But still a nice card. You can tribute a beast stick monster if it was attacked, and then Special Summon a low ATK monster with a high DEF to protect itself from the attack, and during your next turn tribute it for a high leveled monster. It could make some nice combos dude. Rate~ 9.3/
