jack781217
with a little twist to fit other Toon Monsters image credit to レインボースマイル, again from pixiv This card cannot attack during the turn that it is Summoned. When "Toon World" on the field is destroyed, destroy this card. If "Toon World" is on your side of the field and your opponent does not control a Toon Monster, this card can attack your opponent's Life Points directly. Once per turn, you can send 1 Monster Card from your hand to the Graveyard to Special Summon 1 Toon Monster from either player's Graveyard, but Tributes are required for Level 5 or higher monsters. ragnarok1945
don't see many zombie toons these days last sentence sounds a little weird for the wording the effect is balanced out, though it's nothing TOO original from other toon cards, so I'll give this 8.2/
Lexadin
Agreed the last sentence sounds weird.Pic is lolish, so it's good.Effect will support Toons very well.A 9/
jack781217
don't see many zombie toons these days That's why I made it supportive to Toon monster instead of Zombie monster last sentence sounds a little weird for the wordingEffect will support Toons very well. Well' date=' I merely stick to the convention, as it is presented in Blue-Eyes Toon Dragon's lore: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned while "Toon World" is on your side the field. [b']You can Special Summon this monster from your hand, but Tributes are required for monsters Level 5 or more.[/b] This card cannot attack in the turn that it is Summoned. Unless you pay 500 Life Points, this monster cannot attack. When "Toon World" on the field is destroyed, this card is also destroyed. If your opponent doesn't control a Toon Monster, this card can attack your opponent's Life Points directly. If a face-up Toon Monster is on your opponent's side of the field, you must select the Toon Monster as an attack target.

RAEGING D0GKING
Guys the last part means if your Special Summoning a level 5 or higher monster you still need to tribute.I love the pic ;)10/
