This card is used to ritual summon "Rodimus Prime". You must also tribute monsters from the field or your hand whose total levels equal 8 or more.

This card can only be special summoned by removing from play Starscreem. Every Decepticon on the field gains 300 ATK and 200 DEF points.

Optimal Optimus is more of a 'Mutation' from the result of Prime carrying 2 Sparks.

As well as his Transmetal Body taking on a more "Fitting" appearence.

(by this, I mean the addition of the vehicle modes)
