Looks like a very entertaining deck. I run a psychic deck but need an android. The deck itself needs some spell/trap removal. Maybe destructotron or Mystical Space Typhoon.

 

Also, maybe stick an Earthbound Immortal in there for direct damage. I would recommend the whale due to it's defense position ability to inflict 1200 damage to your opponent each turn.

 

As for the traps. It looks like you would loose LP very quickly so put a Psychic Rejuvenation or two in the deck.

 

I think you should add a Psychic path to the spells to get back those psychics you removed from play with Human Borg. Perhaps a Meteor Flare for some discarding and some damage dealing.

And I agree about backrow removal. Find room for Heavy Storm and Mystical Space Typhoon.

 

Don't stick EBIs in there. Most are pretty bad and all need their own dedicated builds.
