Santa Orc Posted February 26, 2010 Report Share Posted February 26, 2010 I highly respect you for making P&F cards, but where is Phineas and Ferb? also, Perry is a little OP'd for a level 1 normal, lol; I should know because I have made a real lv1 normal water deck and none of their ATK goes over 500. I suggest you limit Perry's ATK to about 600 max.. although he will still have the highest ATK of any lv1 normal in the game... Try making it so that Doofenshmirtz's effect keeps him on your opponent's field and he does something like being destroyed by Agent P over and over, inflicting damage to your opponent. have fun.
