Spartan919
My vote goes to Cedar. It has a much more original effect. No idea about playability, but I don't care about that stuff. Both of your names are a little bland, IMHO. And Cedar's OCG is better, I think.
Overlord Lucan
Yeah my cards name was changed to fit the rules of the contest and I couldnt come up with anything=/. Though judging on OCG is kinda cheap considering cedar got it fixed up before the contest. Bah Im starting to sound pathetic

Darj
I vote for Overlord. It has an interesting effect that deals with Tokens, which is a bit more original. cedar's card, on the other hand, it's not only a bunch of random effects together, but it is also just plain overpowered: you could Set cards from your hand until you have 2 (a random card and this monster) and then remove the last card from play to Summon it; in my opinion, that summoning condition is very easy to fulfill for such destructive card. And you don't even have to use the last effect of the monster: its stalling effect is more than enough. DARKPLANT RISING
I also vote for Overlord. The last effect of Cedar makes it infinately OP'ed. You don't get it that handloss equals loss, right? Overlord's card is more balanced. As much as I know Cedar is the admin of TTCL, which I am also an admin in, my vote goes to Overlord. 3-2. Sp1at
I vote for Overlord Lucan because 1. His card is balanced2. Cedar's card is just a bunch of random effects so that when you add it all together it makes it OPed. So ya Overlord Lucan is my vote 3-
