I'm making a GIANT anime set. my goal..... 500 cards. heres the 1st batch.

Ichigo Kurosaki: A bit lacking in terms of effects, in my opinion. The fact that it is also a Tuner monster is interesting, though. Considering it is Level 6, it makes quite easy to Synchro Summon, and the fact it is a Tuner could possibly be the base of another Synchro Summoning - and not only for the second card... 7.5/10

 

Bankai - Tensa Sangetsu: Hmm... two Synchro Monsters needed for the Summon of this monster. This fact alone makes it somewhat impractical. Granted, it has high ATK, but as it has no protection, the resources used for this card could be wasted a bit too easily. 6.5/10

 

Kurumu Kurono: According to my knowledge, she is a succubus, right? Because of that, she would be more fitting as a Fiend-Type monster, in my opinion. The effect - as stated earlier - is quite similar to the effect of Goyo Guardian, except this one is a bit weaker in comparsion. Granted, Goyo Guardian is an overpowered card on its own... 7/10

 

Kokoa Shuzen: Without knowing the stats and effects of Moka Akashiya, hard to judge. If Moka can be Summoned easily, this card can be useful. Otherwise, not so much. Because of that, I cannot rate it yet.

 

Mizore Shirayuki: Don't get me wrong, but she is a yuki-onna (if I remember correctly), which would qualify her more as a WATER monster, instead of a LIGHT monster, I think. The effect is terribly weak, though. Both her original stats and her effect could have been better with a little boost. 5/10, 7/10 if empowered a bit.

 

Tsukune Aono: Hmm... Granted, you tried to balance this card by giving him Level 5 and 0 ATK and DEF, but actually, he is quite easy to Summon (as a LIGHT monster, he can be Summoned by the effect of Shining Angel). The ATK increase by 1500 also feels a bit too much. Something like 500 would be enough, I believe. 6/10, 7/10 if the boost is toned down.

 

Haruhi Suzumiya: Level 12 monster or not, getting Tribute Fodders is not that hard (as a LIGHT Fairy-Type monster, both Kaiser Sea Horse and Gellenduo can be used well). At least the "Cannot be Special Summoned" condition disallows abusing "Valhalla, Hall of the Fallen" in regards of this card. The direct attack effect seems a bit hard in terms of cost. The protection from Trap Cards is a nice catch. The damage you take when this monster is removed from the field can be bad, but considering the effects, understandable. 7.5/10

 

Overall, some effects could be more special, and there are minor inconsistencies in flavor (like the ones about Kurumu's Type and Mizore's Attribute), but for such a large project (500 cards? Wow!), it seems promising.

1. ever heard of a member named J-max? he got his card images from HENTAI sites. and he was a mod. no he was not permad. he left.

2. I know rosario vampire is ecchi, but I don't care.

3. if its not good for YCM why have I seen other topics about it? besides did you see my avitar?

5. I know. I thought I had made Mizore a WATER monster. I'll get that taken care of.

6. Ichigo and his bankai are unique. Zangetsu is whats known as an Accel Synchro. ( I didn't make this up. check Yugioh Wiki. )

7. I hadn't thought about gel and horse. good point.

8. I understand your concerns. but if the mods think Rosario Vampire is innaproprite then they would have said something. anyways I thank you for the advice and comments. hopfully more cards will be up tonight or wedsenday.

Orihime Inoue: A healer card. Just like other similar cards, best used in a Deck with cards like Gravity Bind, Level Limit - Area B, Messenger of Peace and so on. As you did not state that you cannot select this monster by its effect, it guarantees 600 Life Point per turn. On the other hand, if you are using a high Level monster (pretty rare in a healer / burn deck, which would most likely to see such a card) or your opponent uses one (in that case you have to find a way to stop its attacks, like with the cards I mentioned earlier), the Life Point increase can be potentially pretty high. The effect is a bit simple, but not that bad. 6.5/10

 

Moka Akashiya: Another minor flavor inconsistency, but she is a vampire, right? As far as I know, various vampires in Yu-Gi-Oh (just like any other undead creatures) are Zombie-Type. Balance-wise, maybe you want to lower its stats a bit, considering the fact it's a Tuner. Tuner Monsters with such high ATK are rare. According to my knowledge, the only Level 4 Tuner with 1900 ATK at the moment is Trap Eater, which has a gimmicky Summon condition. The rest of the Level 4 Tuners have 1700 or lower ATK. Otherwise, fine. 7/10 if the stats are lowered a bit.

 

Mikuru Asahina: I don't really get the point of this monster. The DEF increase implies it is supposed to be a stalling monster, but even if the field is full with monsters, this monster will have 2800 DEF. If I want a defensive monster, I can use Labyrinth Wall or something like that. I am sure you should give some extra effect to this one, otherwise it will be very underpowered. Until that, I cannot give a rating to this one.

lol mini-rant. iv read the whole entire Rosario + Vampire series and im working on Rosario + Vampire 2, anyways keep up the good work and YOU LACK NARUTO

Rukia Kuchiki: A simple effect, but can be useful. The dual attribute is an interesting catch. 7/10

 

Dark Rukia Kuchiki: Even as a Nomi, this card is overpowered. As the "normal" Rukia is a Level 4 Warrior, she can be fetched with Reinforcement of the Army, and after that, summoning this version is not that hard. Also considering the fact that dumping monsters in your Graveyard is not hard (especially in a DARK deck), you could easily end up with a monster which can slaughter the enemy in 1 turn. I would recommend lowering the stats a bit and limiting the max number of attacks. 5/10, 7/10 if corrected.

FAIL rofl.

 

1. while u used the normal Manga Order like "Rukia Kuchiki" and not "Kuchiki Rukia"

 

2. There is no "Dark Rukia" .... you mean "Black Scythe Rukia" ^^ . She is not dark, she is only possessed meaning the SHE is good and only the persons who are possessing her are dark
