Ancient Mythic Hydra

Level 10 / Earth / (Dragon/Effect)

This card cannot be special summoned. When this card is normal summoned, place 2 'Head Counters' on it. This card gains 1000 attack for every head counter on it. If this card would be destroyed, remove one 'Head Counter' from it. During the end phase of the turn a 'Head Counter' was removed from this card, place 2 more 'Head Counters' on this card. When there are 0 head counters on this card, destroy it, along with all other cards on your side of the field.

I think it would be better as a synchro' date=' and if your going with 0 counters kill it then you should probably start it with 1,000ATK and you should put something with pyro cuz burnning the heads was the only way to stop them from multiplying.

If it started with 1, then the first attack would kill it. "Whenever this card has 0 'Head Counters' destroy it. Its attacked, you remove the counter...and its dead. Thats why it starts with 2. 3 would be too OP

No I meant it has 1' date='000 ATK plus 2 counters equals 3,000 ATK; and if its a level 10 syncro then those numbers make sense.

That would just be too OP. The point of it starting with 2000 is so that the opposing player actually has a chance to do something about it. At 3000 you would be safe enough to Torrent, altar, etc just to buff it without having to worry about your opponent.

That is too OP, I think you must start it with 2000-2500......

That's why i said make it a syncro and maybe give it a certain tuner that it needs to be summoned.

example

Hatching Hydra

Level 1/ Earth / (Dragon/Effect)

This card cannot be destroyed by battle(Damage is calculated normally.) When this card would be destroyed by battle place 1 head counter on it. for every head counter on this card increase the cards needed to syncro summon with this card in order to special summon "Ancient Mythic Hydra" by 1.

or maybe increase it's level by 1 for every head counter.

Making it a syncro would make it way too OP, and would give reason to give it less attack...not more. For one, you never have to worry about drawing it because its safe in the extra deck, and 2, you don't have to spend your normal summon on it. Any GOOD deck could easily get this card out first turn if it were a syncro. Thats why its normal..if it needed to be nerfed any more, I'd make it a ritual..not a syncro.
