New version, fixed OCG errors to my knowledge , just help me correct it if any are present.

OCG errors aside, I guess it's balanced out since it's an exchange of control, though it will depend on what monsters are on the field

 

still not too impressive for the effect though, it's basically just a balanced form of Change of Heart

It's a lot like Creature Swap...what does the monsters "suffering damage" mean? Do they lose ATK?

That was what i was trying to do, make an Change of Heart type card tha would be balenced enough to not be banned. Yay, my first good card, aside from the ocg errors.
