If you destroyed your opponent’s monster you cannot attack during this Battle Phase. When this card destroys a monster by battle, you can pay 1000 Life Points to place the destroyed monster on your Deck. If you draw an opponent’s monster by this effect, you can tribute this card to draw 2 cards from your Deck

First part of the 1st sentence should be "When this card is Normal Summoned successfully"

 

that way you can't abuse the 2 card draw power

 

not place the destroyed monster on your deck, SEND the destroyed monster TO your Deck

 

overall though the effect is fine, I'll give this 8.6/10

thanks I will try to change it but send to your deck doesn't make sence does it :? How about send to the top of your deck? Don't know :?
