so I decided to make a card to celebrate it..it's nothing special just a random card...rate/hate...

 

Lore: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned when you have 2000 Life Points less then your opponent. This card cannot attack. Pay 1000 Life Points to destroy all cards on the field. During your End Phase Special Summon this card. Once every two turns you can send any number of monster from your hand to the Graveyard and gain Life Points equal to the amount of their Level x200.[/align]

then should be than

 

"Pay 1000 Life Points to destroy all cards on the field and during your End Phase Special Summon this card." This should be 2 sentence. After the field destruction effect, say "Special Summon this card during your End Phase."

 

the last effect you should limit it to once per turn, and even then the LP gain is too much

yeah NOW it looks better. See LP gain isn't supposed to be critical in duels, but if you're going to go up to the 3000 LP gain and such, then it will be

 

right now it's much better balanced, so I'll raise my rate to 8.5/10

Good effect, but it's a little unbalanced. The loser can easily come back from the pit of loserdom, not only destroying everything and ruining your enemies strategies, but you Special Summon it anytime and gain Lifepoints to gain the upper hand. This is basically the near-inpenatrable sheild with the effect of Neo Spacian Grand Mole, having riencarnation abilities. I say lower the ATK/DEF to under 2500. It's a good idea and a nice effect, but it's not "awesome".
