If this face-up card would be destroyed, if you only control just "Piplup", "Turtwig" and "Chimchar", you can destroy 2 face-up monsters your opponent controls. "Piplup", "Chimchar" and "Turtwig" cannot be targeted by Trap Cards. This card cannot attack your opponent directly. Once per turn, you can discard 1 card to inflict 600 damage to your opponent. When this card is destroyed, add 1 "Chimchar" or "Turtwig" from your Deck to your hand. This card can attack your opponent directly if your opponent controls 2 or more monsters than you. When this card is destroyed by battle during your opponent's Battle Phase, your opponent's Battle Phase is over. When this card is destroyed, you can add 1 "Turtwig" or "Piplup" from your Deck to your hand. This card cannot change it's battle position by a card effect. When this card is in face-up Attack Position, It's ATK and DEF are changed. When this card is destroyed, you can add 1 "Chimchar" or "Piplup" from your Deck to your hand. FusionXD's cards:This card cannot be destroyed by battle when you control 1 other Warrior-Type monster. When this Attack Position card is selected as an attack target, increase this card's ATK by 200 for the Damage Step only. Increase this card's ATK by 300 for each other face-up "Teen Titan" monster you control. When this card attacks while equipped Spell Card, your opponent cannot activate any Set Spell or Trap Cards until the end of the Damage Step. This card is also treated as a Machine-Type monster. This card inflicts Piercing damage. When this Attack Position card does not attack for your next 2 Battle Phases, this card can attack your opponent directly. You can discard your hand to select 1 card from your Deck, show it to your opponent, then add it to your hand. When a "Teen Titan" monster is Normal Summoned, inflict 500 points of damage to your opponent. For each other face-up Warrior-Type monster you control, this card's gains 500 ATK and loses 500 DEF. When this card destroys a monster by battle, inflict 500 points of damage to your opponent. When you control another "Teen Titan" monster, you randomly discard 1 card from your opponent's hand. When a "Robin - Teen Titan" you control is destroyed by battle, this card can attack your opponent directly. Any Battle Damage inflicted by this effect is halved. When a "Teen Titan" monster attacks, if its ATK is lower than the ATK of the attack target, the attacking monster gains 800 ATK during damage calculation only. Once per turn, if you have a "Teen Titan" monster in your hand, you can Special Summon it. During your Draw Phase, you can add 1 "Teen Titan" monster from your Deck to your hand instead of conducting your normal Draw.

Darj
I vote for Fusion. His monster cards have effects that support each other, and the Field Spell it's what makes them actually usable. I like how the tower has a similar effect to "Skyscraper" because I bet Fusion did it that way to represent how a building = ATK boost. Also, I am considering the fact that "Robin" and "Starfire" can be splashed to Warrior Decks (or Robin in equip Decks). The set of Aqua's, on the other hand, only are connected by their searching effect and the Spell card unless I am missing something. The Spell card would be hardly used because the monsters won't survive that long with such low ATK and DEF. And finally, if the cards were to be used individually, "Chimchar" would be the only monster with a decent effect.
Uchiha Sasuke XII
I vote for FusionXD. The three cards by Aquamaster can be used as a good combo to get rid of the opponent's cards, but they may not survive long enough for the spell to be activated.Fusion's cards have good effects on their own. The spell card also makes the cards more useful during a duel.
