If a monster would be Tributed for the Tribute Summon of a "Pegasus" monster, you can remove 3 or more Prophecy Counters instead. Increase the ATK of monsters Summoned by removing Prophecy Counters by 100 for every Prophecy Counter removed. Opponent's monsters with Prophecy Counters on {{{{the}}}}} cannot attack or be Tributed for a Tribute Summon, Fusion Summon, or Synchro Summon. You can destroy this card to negate the effect of a Spell Card/Trap Card/Monster Summon/Monster Effect and destroy the Spell Card/Trap Card/Monster. If you do, you can remove all Prophecy Counters on the field to Special Summon this card from the Graveyard.
