Shouldn't this be fusion type? Or Synchro?

 

Anyway, I think it can get a bit OP'ed when you use the effect. Like, use of "Final Attack Orders" would go hand-in-hand with this card. Like, if you're up against a Blue-Eyes, A Stardust Dragon, and lets say Perfectly Ultimate Great Moth. Thats 2000, 1500, and 2500 damage right there, and thats just three. Thats 7000 ATK, and with 2 more chances. So, thats over 8000 ATK for this monster.

 

The effect is very original, but the way you put it makes it OP'ed. Maybe just 3 counters? Or just one? Maybe raise the ATK a little?

OCG fix/simplification:

 

1 "Slime" or "Jam" monster + 1 Level 3 or lower Warrior-Type Monster

When this card is Summoned, place 5 Slime Counters on it (max. 5). If this card is attacked and would be destroyed by battle, you can remove 1 Slime Counter from this card instead (Damage calculation is applied normally). While there are no Slime Counters on this card, this card gains ATK equal to the sum of the Battle Damage you took while this card was face-up on the field.

 

I think the last effect is OP'ed, because it takes the Battle Damage from ALL battles as ATK, not only from his battles. Because of that, your opponent has no choice but, besides destroying it with a card effect, to attack this card before it accumulates tons of ATK. Otherwise, if your opponent chooses to attack other monsters, this card would be still accumulating ATK from those battles.

 

Now, if only this card could transform Battle Damage from HIS battles only as ATK, it would be balanced.

 

Also, this card can be deadly with Battle Mania or All-Out Attacks.
