This is my own personnel dragon-Type Synchro. Its probably Op'ed so dont mind it, but give tips to change that.

Lore:1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters.

Once per turn you can discard 2 cards from your hand to the Graveyard to destroy 1 monster on the field and inflict damage to the opponent's Life Points equal to halve the ATK of the destroyed monster. You cannot conduct your Battle Phase the turn you activate this effect. When this card is sent to the Graveyard by the effect of a card your opponent controls, you can Special Summon this card during the End Phase.

This is a really, REALLY good card!

for the burn effect at the beginning, you should limit that to only once per turn, otherwise you can easily burn up to 2500 of your opponent's LP this way, which is too OPed even by synchro standards

 

for the last effect to resummon it to the field, it's also OPed since it can be from ANY card effect, and can be done by EITHER player.

 

I'd modify it to it has to be done by your opponent only, only via spell or trap effect
