This card cannot be normal summoned or set. This card can only be special summoned by removing 3 DINOSAUR-Type monster in your Graveyard. When this card is special summoned this way remove all cards in your graveyards.when the turn this card is special summoned ,inflicts 500 points for every SPELL and TRAP card(s) that removed this way.

Lore:

When this card is Tribute Summoned, you can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower Dinosaur-Type monster from your Deck. Each time Dinosaur-Type monsters you control destroy a monster as a result of battle and send it to the Graveyard, increase this card's ATK by 300. When this card is destroyed, you can remove 4 Dinosaur-Type monsters from your hand or Graveyard from play to Special Summon this card during the End Phase of this turn.

Sorry Sephiron but,i must vote for Mahandra g,for one simple reason:

1:By mine opinion, both cards are overpowered,as in really overpowered, but i must say Mahandra's card is more balanced because, even though he can do incredible damage with it,especially if someone runs it in a dinosaur spell deck or something, but come on,you can practically put 40 dinosaurs in your deck and special summon a 3000 ATK monster every turn,it's just too powerful.

not really. 4 Dinosaur's is quite the feat. and a 3k monster that most likely will be bottomlessed isnt that op'ed. his is pretty much the same if not easier to summon as it only requires 3 and removes all cards in the graveyard which is really deadly to certain decks. removal is big in the meta and his card symbolises it. but, like i said, i don't mind.... but there's no point calling my card op'ed when it really isnt
