Cin
Its hard to please everyone all of the time. I suppose we should reopen the court, and ask people from both parties to provide evidence rather than just let people go on their guts, this can include for examples PSDs, XCFs, Photographs (if Scans), and what else everyone could consider evidence. Currently we do ask for PSD/XCF evidence, but tbh it does sound like a guilty until proven innocence method. I do wonder what we can do with people who make false accusations. Brushfire
People shouldn't be able to accuse someone of ripping unless they have CONCRETE evidence. I suggest a 3-4 point warn for those who accuse someone with a baseless accusation.

Cin
Repeated false accusations could result in a 50% warn, maybe 3 or more.
Brushfire
Btw guys, I'd like to point out that as I haven't made a tag in ages, it means I ripped my latest one. Oh yeah, and Raiv is definitely a ripper as he's a new member to YCM as is good at graphics.
Felix
Hell, it's defamation of character, you can sue people for that. So yeah, it should only be done with proof. I suppose 50% is fair. I think it should be the same as intentional spamming, w/e percentage that is.
Flexh
This is understandable... Good Idea. Agreed

I post something, and I have some idiot (apparently some well-respected idiot, since some other member was QQ-ing about how EVEN said idiot thought it was a rip) come in and say sheet like "its obviously a rip, you can tell just by looking at it" RAEG over 9000. metalflygon08
everywhere on the forums it should be a rule that 'If you don't have proof to back up your statement, don't post it at all.' that would kill of a lot of useless posts like this one. And Yin, use your brain and implement this rule. All members who have any sense of GFX are backing this up.
metalflygon08
I have sense! I would love to see that rule not only in GFX but everywhere on that matter.
bran2939
i hate being accused for npothing...probaly about 99% of new/fairly new members get accused of stealing, some even get unessecary negs for it when they didnt..so i agree!no one should accuse without concrete...solid, metal, steel rock solid evidence!
