I like the idea of the card. Never seen the original card, not that it matters that much anyways...

 

But it is a good burn card that actually can cause lot of damage. The ATK of it makes it harder for the monster to inflict Battle Damage so the card is very well balanced.

Good card. Ocg is good but i think it's OPed since it can inflict 2400 just in 1 turn plus you can attack your opponent directly. Make the damage taken 100 times the level 8/10 til you change damage taken by the effect. Make it halve the ATK to attack directly

well the burn effect will be small anyway, so I find it balanced out

 

besides, you already have the drawback. Your opponent didn't LOSE the monster, merely will take some time to draw it again, so it's all good
