only thing is 2000/2000 are too low stats for a lv8 monster. Make the atk 2500 instead

Alright, pretty bland effect. Sort of like a limited Skill Drain in monster form. I don't hate it but I'm not in love with it either, I'd give it a B at best even though I can't see the pic. But I do not tend to rate things by picture anyway.
