Destroy all of your opponent's cards and then make them lose 3000 during their turn? Also there are a lot of real yugioh cards that would be considered OPed, so it really doesn't matter. To some, this card may be a little OPed, but I don't say anything unless the card is really retarded (unrealistic). It just doesn't need to be a Quick Play because Quick Plays mean you can play them any time which is basically the same as Traps except Traps can't be played the first turn they're set.
