since its stats are 5000/3000, it should be lv12, not 11

This card can attack all monsters your opponent controls once each. Any Battle Damage this card inflicts to your opponent is reduced by half. <---be sure to add in a drawback of if you active that effect, then you can't attack your opponent directly this turn

 

after all, this card is easier to summon that Five Headed Dragon and Master of Dragon Knight

Not that big a fan of the card.

Pic is ok.

OCG seems ok.

Effect, is imo pretty OP. Though to its high ATK, mutliple attacks and ATK boost.

The Tributes makes it slightly less OP, but not enough imo.
