But in all srsns, get rid of the 2nd effect. It makes this card a lot more balanced. But I do kinda like it. Just seems kinda slow :/

Woo, that's a good card! I love the fact that this card can increase it's level with counters and is able to use it's level to gain an advantage. Also, I like the combos you can do and the things you can get past with the level change.

to many effects for a level 1. I think to should have it so you have to tribute a card or two to summon it. oh and change broken magis counter to broken spell counter. sounds better with other spellcasters.

It's Level is just there because it has to be :/. It is also interchangeable.
