Low_Profile
id just like to hear some opinions that other card-maker-goers have about "billy decks". for those who dont know, billy decks are decks that dont have a specific theme and are made more for fun than for actually winning, and may be based on a person's specific likes (for example, someone may make a food deck emphasizing "Hungry Burger", or a mythology deck in my own case). the deck i currently use is an example of that. this isnt to say that billy decks cant have strategies and strengths. now, before anything else, id like to keep this civil, so dont lash out at anyone if you happen to disagree with them.~~~~~its my opinion that, as its a collectible and customizable card game, one should make a deck with what they want and not what will win. after all, if you dont lose, you dont learn what doesnt work and cannot improve yourself
Great Unclean One: VK
Billy decks to my opinion are the best. They encourage you to have fun.
Jazin Kay
I have more fun with Chaos Control than I do even with X-Sabers. Billy decks are a dying breed that must be preserved.

Low_Profile
I have more fun with Chaos Control than I do even with X-Sabers. Billy decks are a dying breed that must be preserved. thats why i only use billy decks against my regular opponents, who all use themes (except for kiefer, who's recently reformed his deck from a strict beatdown to emphasizing spellcasters and warriors, which i guess makes it a hybrid of billy and themed) but i do agree with c. atlas; in my opinion, billy decks should still have a better chance of winning. but if one could make a food deck and win with it several times, then good for them :P

Having fun? in Yugioh? What blasphemy is this? I should mind crush you or send you to the shadow realm for such talk. There were no "for fun" duels in the Yugioh. Either lives were at stake at every turn, or someone had a point to prove by winning.
