That is just so simple It's not OP'd because of the level or ATK or anything. Let me explain this is an understandable way. The most important thing in the game at the moment is CARD ADVANTAGE.As in, how many cards you have in your hand/field. Any cards added from the Deck, Grave, RFP Zone to your hand or field is a +1.+1's are good. Any card sent from your hand or field to the Deck, Grave, or RFP Zone is a -1.Unless they're for a good cause, most -1's are bad. This card, at the very low cost of 500 lp, destroys all s/t on the field.It's brought from the grave and gets rid of your opponent's cards (usually 1 or 2 s/t, so it could be a +1, +2, +3, or even +4)It can be used as much as you want, provided it's in the graveyard.Not to mention it becomes Lv. 4 and can be used for Synchro Summonings and such, and then you can revive it AGAIN to nuke s/t/tribute/sync. This card keeps the Levels so it can just get a total of 5000 ATK and can destroy all S/T. Thats not an OPed card. This card starts out as level 1' date=' meaning you can easily Normal Summon it.This card can be brought from the grave at the cost of almost nothing, as many times as you want.You could even mill this and bring it back.
