If anything it is kid of underpoweredThe ATK of the card would get to around 4000(Players generally have about 20 monsters in their deck, so You and your opponent, 20+20=40x100=4000)Yeah 4000 ATK will seem overpowered to anyone but when will you even get the chance to do that unless you use a card like the Leviathan? I dont know much about Synchro monsters but i know the difference between an overpowered and underpowered card.
