Wooow. I liked it at first, it really lost me towards the end, though. Remove 3 darks to draw 2? He's got ammo for that effect twice by the time he hits the field. And he's JD by discarding one of the cards I drew with his effect. I'm glad you can't conduct your battle phase the turn you do this. It's pretty OP, but not super blatantly OP. The +2 part of his effect is what's crazy. I think I would tone that down for sure. I don't even really mind the nuke, as a lot of cards like to do that. The free draw is what scares me.

Okay, increased discard to 2 and made drawing remove 2 for 1 draw.

I love it! Except I think it could be a Level 8 and then change the ATK and DEF to balance it out. I don't know why I say this its just I hate level 9 or highers.
