[align=center]This is the first card created by me on this account, but it's not my first card in general. I've made a few cards on my older sister's account, Lovely CC. She finally made me my own account so I've decided to use it today.

DARK / MACHINE

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned if you have exactly 4 DARK Machine-Type monsters removed from play. When this card is Special Summoned, destroy all cards on the field (except this card). This card cannot attack during the turn it was Summoned. Each time your opponent Summons a monster, you can discard 1 Machine-Type monster to destroy 1 card on the field (except the Summoned monster). If this card is selected as an attack target or as the target for the effect of a card effect, you can discard 1 cards to negate that effect and have this card's effect treated as that cards effect until the End Phase.

The holo effect ruins the picture, unfortunately. It looked a lot better as my Erdd the Undead Monarch, I think.

 

Also, the card itself is rather underpowered. Keep trying.

Not that UPed... maybe just change the DEF to something like 2000 or 2500

and then... that last effect makes it UPed remove it =/ too much Drawback D:

I really like this card. :D I really think you'll be a card making legend soon.

I only saw 1 problem which is bolded in the "OCG fix". It was just the way you worded it that I didn't like on that bolded sentence.

Lovely CC!?!?!? Seriously....

 

The last part killed it. I would possibly make its ATK 4000, or even 5000, as summoning conditions are hard as well. Otherwise I would remove the last drawback... too many drawback is bad.

 

Overall nice, just the pic holo was sort of bad. 7/10
