you should call beastboy "the shapeshifter" instead of saying regular form

you have some OCG (Original Card Game) errors

Cyborg and Raven could be little too powerful, namely Raven because she has the ability to remove 2 face-down cards. instead she should have to remove 5 spell counters instead to do that or you can make it a special kind of counter that she gains during your standby phase then it would be harder to do because she would have to stay alive for 5 turns to activate that effect

 

Cyborg is just kinda out there in his own world. He doesnt support the other Teen Titans. Most of the Teen Titans just gain an ATK boost but not very much else.

 

Also, they are pretty weak for 5-star monsters, most can only get to about 2200 before dying which is not good

If you want to fix the OCG errors go to Yugioh wiki and look up cards that have a similar effect

Yeah, possible ways to re-write some effects:

 

[spoiler=Speedy]

"During the Battle Phase of the turn in which this card is Summoned, this card may attack once for every Spell or Trap card your opponent activated during his/her previous turn; this card cannot use the aforementioned effect to attack directly more than once."

 

[spoiler=Terra]

"You may redirect any attack declared on another "Teen Titan" monster to this card. If your opponent attacks this card in Attack Position, shift it to Defense Position; it is then shifted to Attack Position during the End Step of said battle."

Why don't you start making some of the Teen Titan's enemies? that would be interesting. My favorite of your cards is Red X. It's balanced but I would make the ATK 2100 (for the effect 2200 is just a little too high). For now its 8/10. You should definitely keep going on with this set! Good work! :)

OK I can see your cards now so the correct OCG ffor Jinx should be "Whe your opponent declares an attack on this monster, they flip a coin." They are pretty balanced overall and have good effects. There are some more OCG errors but that was the main one I saw. 7.5/10 for your new cards.
