Is there anyway not to inflict battle damage through battle?

Artillery Phantom/Assault Mode seems a bit Up'd. All assault Modes have better effects then their counterparts, but the only advantage I see in using AMA is to have Phantom gain 500 ATK

 

Other than that, good pics, good, original effects, 8/10

Okay let me explain what an assault mode is. A monster with /Assault Mode after the original monsters name. Monster with EXACTLY 2 lvls and 500 ATK/DEF higher then the original, and has an improved effect. But not a different effect, just improved. EVERYTHING ELSE IS ALWAYS THE SAME (Type/attribute etc.). If you don't believe me, look at the current AM monsters and come back.

Battle Damage is when you inflict damage to your opponent through an attack (During battle or a direct attack), but the first card only allows effect through battle, not direct attacks. Also, The 1st can only activate its effect once per turn

2nd effect: The first one has to be destroyed by battle to be removed from play. The 2nd just has to be removed from the field, making it nearly indestructible (With a small cost).

As i explained, battle damage isn't just when you attack a monster, but also when you attack a player directly. This limits the card's effect.

The Synchro Monster is decent, but the /AM version is just a carbon copy of the Synchro Monster..

 

As i explained, all AM monsters are just evolved versions of the original. Thanks for comment, but I'd prefer if you rate too.

 

 

AP/AM is the same thing as the first' date=' and i also think that AP/AM should be a water type which means you would have to find another pic for the first one.

Synchros are generally OP. And they do have a cost as a drawback >_>
