Doesn't matter if it's returned to Deck or Extra Deck since it will be returned to your Extra Deck even when it's returned to your Deck. Thanks for commenting!

...With this, you could probably get two Stardusts out.

 

Like, your opponent activates something like... Offerings To The Doomed or something, Stardust negates and gets sent to the Grave, SS this and a Level 4 monster, Sync into Stardust, End Phase, Stardust comes back.

Deck should be Extra Deck though, since you're targeting a Synchro Monster, not just any monster. It's still nice though.

That is an awesome card. Really good support for Stardust (it'd help me out A LOT, cuz I have Stardust,Stardust/Assault, and Majestic Stardust), and it just looks AWESOME! Maybe add an effect of what'll happen if you use it to Synchro Summon Stardust Dragon?

 

On a side note about the card, please tell Yusei that it's not Halloween.
