Nice effect, though I am surpirsed it ended up as a dragon, didn't thought by the name, though If I am correct then sending cards to graveyard includes any action where a cards ends up in the graveyard and as such also returning them counts as sending, in which case it is impossible to have cards in the graveyard (except those, which where already there) as this card's effect is also affected by this card's fist effect unless it is stated else on the card. Also it is sent, instead of send.
