Kotaro
Pic Credit-Jazin Kay's archive This card cannot be destroyed by battle. If this card is in face-up Defense Position, destroy it. Once per turn, you can switch 1 "Cloudian" monster on the field into Defense Position and place 1 Fog Counter on this card. When this card is Summoned, add 1 "Cloudian" monster from your Deck to your hand. Once per turn, you can remove 2 Fog Counters from anywhere on the field to Special Summon 1 WATER "Cloudian" monster from your Deck. Comment and rate please. ragnarok1945
looks fine in terms of OCG, don't see anything wrong with it "from anywhere on the field" <---the only thing I MIGHT change is this part, take out the "anywhere", because it's implied though everything else is fine, I'll give it 9.9/
Kotaro
That was something that I wasnt sure about, thanks rag. More comments please.
Kotaro
Bump, still only 1 comment? Is there anything wrong with it? I would like more comments please.
GamemasterGunnar
How about a fair comment trade off, go check out my post and I'll comment on this one, however i guess you won't "Have too" since i'm going to just comment on it now either way, but i'd like to see you there, =P. Anyway moving on, about the card; I think it looks fine, its effect makes sense for Cloudians and he doesn't seem to be too over powered since all he can get are other Cloadians. I do wonder why he's aqua when most cloudians i've seen are fairies, but I wouldn't be surprised a few were Aqua. the only thing I'd say is how his effects are placed. normally things like "When it's Normal summoned" come first on an effect since it'll likely be the first reliant effect, so if i were to reword it, I'd go. "When this card is Summoned, add 1 "Cloudian" monster from your Deck to your hand. This card cannot be destroyed by battle. If this card is in face-up Defense Position, destroy it. Once per turn, you can switch 1 "Cloudian" monster on the field into Defense Position and place 1 Fog Counter on this card. Also once per turn, you can remove 2 Fog Counters off any card on the field to Special Summon 1 WATER "Cloudian" monster from your Deck." that's how I'd go about it, however looking at it now, I'd say he doesn't need the "Once per turn, you can switch 1 "Cloudian" monster on the field into Defense Position and place 1 Fog Counter on this card." It seems like overkill to have 2 "Once per turn" effects, and since that one is clearly the weaker of the 2 effects and since he can remove from anywhere and not just himself, i'd say you can remove that and he'd run just fine (and would be easier to read =P) phew, ok i'm done lol. Cloister
I am not sure about how the Cloudians work tbqh. But I know the rely much on Counters and Defence Position, and I think this follows their pattern really well. Based on what I know, this is a good addition. I would use this, or 3 since I don't know how many WATER Cloudians there actually are. EDIT: Jazin Kay has a picture that looks like an evolution of this monster. I think, or this is the large one. Thats why rain comes from them. And Cloudians are WATER anyway.

wexfordlad1
10/10 the only thing that might (Im saying might, Im not saying is) wrong is a "from anywhere on the field" but even if it is wrong its too small a mistake to really care about it. Good job and keep up the good work. :)
