I have been thinking on new cards ideas and I came up with these, if you think they are good tell me and i'll make more.

Card Names seem un-original Boss? can't you think of another term then Boss?

attack position should be Attack Position

 

for The Boss, the effect is boring for just atk gain. Not to mention you also didn't say how often you can use this atk drain and atk gain effect

 

for Squad 16, just say When this card is Tribute Summoned

 

that effect is OPed for removing your opponent's monsters for so long, I'd keep it to only 1 turn
