"at this time." are not needed. Just "(Flip Effects are not activated)."

 

I have seen that pic used a few times before, so I'm just gonna say that its overused as I always do when I see a pic used more than once.

Actually, he is safe using that, he is only using old Ocg, probably copy and pasted like i usually do. So, yeah, technically yours is expert ocg while he is using medium OCG, which is alright, but not recomended. So, i'm sorry, just had to point that out. Pics alright, effects good. 9/10

Yea, but I remember looking in the thread when I stumbled upon it, literally, just randomly stumbled upon it. But anyhow, it is actual OCG because it is on the card, true, but its an old card, so you need to update it to the 2010 yr. But you can leave it as that, I don't really care all that much. Others may, at least I'm saying I'm on your side. You should make more. Its good and I just can't type tonight just to save my life...

Actually that card is from Ancient Prophecy ^^ so it's actual ;D haven't seen a card from Stardust Overdrive or Absolute Powerfoce with "New OCG" for that part of the effect ^^ so still that OCG is new ^^ and not old D:
