ive always wanted an amped up version of red-eyes(besides red-eyes zombie and metal dragon) so i decided to do blue-eyes too. rate plz! :D

 

 

now i pasted the url things for two DIFFERENT cards here, and they always come up as the same cards?! D: how do i fix this?

Well idk what the problem is. but for the Card. the effect should be

"This monster can not be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing or Discarding from your Hand to the Graveyard a "Red-Eyes B. Dragon.

and this card seems a bit op'd i give it a 6/10 since your a new member.

the picture is a bit fat. and i think you have an extra space between "Omega" and "Dragon" in the name. i think it sounds better as Red-Eyes Black Omega Dragon. I think it's a bit overpowered. Maybe you should make it "This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing or removing from play 1 Red-Eyes B. Dragon." or something like that. 7/10

normal summoned should be Normal Summoned

 

change may to can, tributing to Tributing

 

plus it has no effects while on the field, so it's boring
