I don't know if this has been done before, but I'm doing it anyway. It's called "Majestic Doomkaiser Dragon"!

"Majestic Dragon" + "Doomkaiser Dragon" + 1 non-Tuner monster

When this card is Synchro Summoned, destroy all non-Zombie-Type monsters on the field, and Special Summon as many Zombie-Type monsters as possible from either player's Graveyard(s) to your field. Those monster's effects are negated, and they are destroyed during the End Phase this turn. During the End Phase, return this card from the field to the Extra Deck, and Special Summon 1 "Doomkaiser Dragon" from your Graveyard.[/align]

Well, not the most 'unoriginal' card I've seen. Props on the pic; I don't think it has been used before. The pic looks like one that Saiba Aisu would use for his Japanese Cards.

 

I say raise the Level to 9. It has an OP'd effect like a Synchro, and if you had the right cards, could just keep summoning it over and over again. the OCG looks fine to me.

given the drawbacks for the summoning, it's fine to allow those summoned monsters to still be allowed for tribute and synchro summoning, so I like it
