[spoiler=Backstory]The world has now been covered by Turbo Dueling, and the old 'Tabletop' Dueling is called 'boring'. Yusei Fudo and Jack Atlas are both old legends, with new names. The year is now 3514. A new format of racing as been implemented, with cards used as racing power-ups.

 

Duel Runners are all kept inside a giant impond in the sky, summoned by the owner. Duel Disks are now tiny mechanics on a person's arm, which can detect card swipes, with a built-in holographics projector. If a Duelist ID Card is swiped, a electronic deck list, card list, Duel Record and many other functions. A Duel Runner can be summoned by swiping a Duel Runner License into a activated Duel Disk, then the Duel Runner is brought out from the compound. If a 'Tabletop' Duel is held, the small Duel Disk, nicknamed a 'Duelist CP' grows with extra components being attached so it is a normal-sized Duel Disks.

 

Hacks and other illegal coding result in the Duel Disk self-destructing, with a Marker Tatoo implanted on the current wearer. Because of this, Duel Disks are only activated on a person's arm. Sector Security has been improved, with several master codes inplanted in every mechanical object, including Marker Tatoos, De-activating, self-destruct and an instant battery killer.

 

The fourth number of the Duel ID is '5'

 

[spoiler=Okay, an actual plot.]With the new champion, Yuriko Dorunsa, the first female World Champion, and the two runner-ups, there are been rivalries that have resulted in fights and 'dirty' races. Yuriko is a shady character who disapears after public events, and no-one knows where she came from, or who she is.

Appearance- She is described with Long Pink Hair, Fair Skin and Purple Eyes.

Duel Runner- It is described as a Black-coloured Duel Runner with green stripes all over it and a white-coloured lower part. It also has a queer hourglass-shaped green symbol on it.

Duel Disk Design- It is described to be almost completely yellow with two red gem-like objects on it. there happens to be some green and blue stripes on it.

Bio- Otto is described as a lonely young girl without any known relatives. She is usually seen by herself and rarely with anyone. It is believed that she is the only survivor in her family tree and that the rest of her family died.

Appearance-Rei has snow white hair that hangs to his back. He has pale white eyes. He usally wheres a white shirt and white pants. He has a strange aura to him.

Duel Runner-It is a ghost white color with a frame like Yusei's. With white energy flowing from it.

Duel Disk Design-It is a ghost white academy style duel disk. It also has white energy flowing off of it.

Deck(s)- Spirit Deck(check sig for link), Spirit Deck (modifide for turbo dueling)

Bio-Rei was found outside a family's aparment as a baby. Noone knew where he had came from but since the family didn't have a kid they adopted him. He grew up and started going to school but was kicked out because of some freak acident while dueling. So he grew up and set out trying to be the greatest duelist ever, but he still wonders about that day.

Appearance: Tan skin, relatively muscular. Rusty hair that spikes on the 2 sides, 1 strand comes down in front of his face. Eyes change between blue and green, has a pierced tounge. Usually wears a black t-shirt and orange skinny jeans. Has a necklace with a outward spiraling spiral on it (blue)

 

Duel Runner: Configuration + Overall Shape: While stationary, the back of the bike is enclosed, but when running it fold outward to form wings and a tail (upgrade from Crow's bike), very low to the ground, with a rotating metal spinner on the front and back. Colors: Mostly white, with two red stripes that swirl around the middle of the bike. The tail and wings are bright green

 

Duel Disk: Relatively undecorated, but with has a curves slightly upwards at both ends and when activated, the Card Zone light up, and turn blue when a card is placed on them

Bio: Was raised by parents who always wanted a girl, so spent most of his time out on the streets dueling, or listening to nature in the Korian Reserve very near to his house. From a very early age he loved birds and their beautiful sounds, so it was a natural choice for him to have a Blackwing Deck. He is outgoing and helpful to others, and never gets tempermental or angry; when he'd dueling, it's obvious he puts his heart and soul into it and DOES get extremely emotional. He has won a few minor competitions, but hopes to become the best duelist in the world. Secretly, he has a crush on Yuriko Dorunsa, the world champion.

Appearance-He wears a black hoodie, with dark blue jeans. His hood is always up and never talks exept when dueling. His emotions play a role in his dueling for better or for worse. Sometimes he usualy doesn't care he is dueling but still has fun. He has dark brown eyes and a red streak through his hair. His hair is frost white.

Duel Runner- He doesnt have a duel runner, he doesnt like to ride motercycles or drive for that matter.

Duel Disk Design- It is a dark black duel disk with red spaces. The duel disk is in a circle and the card spaces form around it, looking like a sheild. The life point counter glows red or black depending on if he is winning or losing.

Deck-Black rose Assualt

Bio- He was all alone for most of his life (he is now 16) and never trusted anyone. He forged his deck when he was 12 and never lost a game ever. He loves his dueling because it gives him a chance to be himself. When he was one year old toseven years old he lived with parents who never wanted him, his father taught him how to duel, and created a deck for him. The deck was overpowered it had way to many over powered monsters. Just as the deck his dad bought him his first dueldisk, it was a normal New domino city duel disk nothing speacial. He ran away from home after his parents sent him away to duel academy to duel better. When he ran away he found a dog and that dog never left his side, he even stayed next to him dueling. People were baffled at this and sometimes kicked him out of the areanas he played in for this.
