If this card is in your hand at the start of the Duel, you can Summon it without Tributing monsters. This is treated as a Normal Summon. Once per turn, you can select 1 Level 6 or lower monster your opponent controls. The selected monster's ATK and DEF is treated as 0 until the End Phase. If you use this effect, your opponent gains Life Points equal to half the original DEF of the selected monster. Your opponent takes no Battle Damage if the selected monster is destroyed by battle. If the selected monster is destroyed by battle, inflict damage to your opponent equal to it's Level x 300.

neat way to burn your opponent this way

 

overall the net damage probably won't be too big since your opponent gets to gain LP, but the point here is the monster destruction, which you did well

Highly original, great pic. I would build a Deck around this card, to be sure. But why a Fiend and not a Beast-Warrior? 10/10 regardless.
