I know all you guy's are probably thinking that I make to much synchro's, well i don't care if i make to much synchro's.

Rate,Hate,Etc...

Lore:1 Tuner + 1 or more non-tuner monsters.

When this card is Synchro Summoned your opponent discards 3 card from his/her hand. When this card destroys a monster by battle inflict damage to your opponent's Life Points equal to the number of cards in his/her hand x200. When this card is sent to the Graveyard you can Special Summon this by discarding 3 cards in your hand.

It is OP'd cause it makes your opponent discard 3 cards, and cause after that you can make you (and your opponent, too) discard 3 more cards to Re-summon a 3000 monster, the rest of teh effect isn't even interesting, first it creates a -3 to the opponent and then standalone it can change that to, -6 to opponent, and -3 to you. But to tell you the truth I simply think that the effect of making your opponent discard 3 card in itselfs is OP'd.

Yes, the effect that discards 3 card from your opponent is what makes her OP,ed. Remove it, and it will be fine.

Or if you want to keep that discarding effect, give her a more specific Synchro Summoning condition to make her difficult to Summon and change the first effect so it only works when it is Synchro Summoned.

 

The other 2 effects are fine to me: I could use her last effect if I am in a desperate situation.

 

Also, you are still not specifying which cards the burn effect counts, you just wrote "When this card destroys a monster by battle inflict damage to your opponent's Life Points equal to the number of cards in his/her [insert something here] x200".
