1 DARK or FIRE Fiend-Type monster + 1 LIGHT Fiend-Type monster

When this card is Fusion Summoned, remove from play 1 level 5 or lower monster your opponent controls. Once per turn, if this card would be destroyed by battle, you can halve its ATK instead. When this card's ATK is below 500 by this effect, it is destroyed. By Tributing 1 FIRE monster you control, you can Special Summon this card from your Graveyard with half its original ATK.[/align]

Raise the level of the card; it's too low for a monster that could be the Fusion of 2 high-leveled monsters and, you know, fusing 2 level 6 monsters to get a level 5 monster makes no sense.

 

As for the effect, I see this card would be hard to Summon as it requires Fiends of different attributes AND currently there are not enough LIGHT Fiends there. For that reason, I think that this card would only be run in "Fabled" (when they are released) Decks mixed with DARK or Dark World support, but in that case you wouldn't be using its last effect as there is no space for FIRE monsters in such Deck.

Also, this card endures up to 3 attacks, but with all the monster-destruction effects out there it won't last long.

So... the card is bad, mostly because it requires 2 Attributes that hardly will work together (FIRE and LIGHT). I am aware this card can be Summoned with "Dark Fusion", but if the materials are not accessible, it will barely gain benefit from it.

It's alright. I just wanted to point out the fact that normally Fusions have a higher level than their materials.

... The other comments I understand, but I shall not raise the level. Just as there are high-leveled fiends, there are low-leveled ones.

Perhaps make it just tribute 1 Fiend-Type, or any attribute? I figure throwing 1 DARK fiend into a fable deck wouldn't destroy everything, though don't play the card game, so...
