Once per turn, you can select 1 Fusion Monster in your Extra Deck. Pay Life Points equal to that monster's Level x 700. Special Summon the selected monster. It cannot attack or activate its effect this turn. When this card is removed from the field, destroy all monsters Special Summoned by this effect.

wow, it's nice to hear some positive comments from you, for once o.o

xD

Its not the person I hate, its the card :P

It happens that this is a balanced, non-stupid card, unlike a mass of other cards on here.

To clarify, this actually doesn't cost less. It actually cost more unless you pull a Level 6 or less.

To the card creator himself (jayjack):

It's actually not cost effective if you do the math (if you going for a replacement). Cyber-Stein cost a flat 5000 fee and lacks the restriction you put and honestly only had the ONE combo that was only possible because Ring of Destruction wasn't around. If anything, it's gone because Konami gets afraid of anything at the right times and if more so afraid of taking anything off because they aren't big risk-takers. Getting back to your card though, it's 700 times the Level.

700 x 5 = 3500. Not a lot of Level 5 Fusions one will pull out and then still have to deal with the restrictions you put. If you're going to do that, the real life Instant Fusion is already a better deal in a lot of cases. Also, it trades off one restriction (no activated effects) for another (dying end of turn unless saved).

700 x 6 is 4200. 800 less than Cyber-Stein with more restrictions. So anything higher is over the price of Cyber-Stein. If that's your intention, that's fine, but since we're comparing Cyber-Stein, we're talking about using it with BEUD or CED3 (Cyber End). So we're talking 7000+ LP with strict restriction for a facsimile of a very overblown overhyped card. Maybe the restrictions are fine (and that's an IF to me, but this is your card), but the cost is far too high in to be effective or useful. Any card that you might use is far inconvenience or has better options.

It's your card, but I'm just putting the math out there.

This card has many restrictions due to it being able to summon Thousand-Eyes Restrict easily (Even though it's forbidden in Advance). The major reason i made this card is to have an underpowered Cyber-Stein. Many people just LOVE cyber Stein. With the banning of Cyber Stein, this card gives player's another option. Though with many restrictions to it (Especially the not attacking first turn part)

I see your point, but this card far surpasses Intant Fusion. Instant Fusion only lets you keep the monster for 1 and limits you to lvl5 fusion monsters. This card allows you to summon multiple Fusion monsters on different turns and they stay on the field until it's destruction (Which with Mist Body, it's hard to destroy). The cost is very high though.

All in all, it's mainly just an alternative for Cyber-Stein.

A suggestion, you could have fixed that by simply putting a minimum Level on the card if you put all those restrictions just for that. Also with the way you have it worded, if TER is the problem, it still has the continuous effects able to use (not the activated ones).

Also, I was comparing this card in reference to the cost effectiveness at certain levels. At 5, Instant Fusion is better. You have to put the same effort into this card as you would Instant Fusion and you can achieve a better result (you can reset or recycle IF'ed monster and they stay, just like you can do combos with your card to get around the restrictions). In that case, your card is still not cost effective at the same level. I use Instant Fusion a lot for Synchros cost, so it's not like I need to keep the monster. 1000 for that, versus 3500 for your card to do the same thing. If I was planning on keeping the monster, I have a plan setup to do that anyway, but your card is not very... "on the fly." 5600 (Level 8) to up to 8400 (Level 12) is a LOT to dedicate.

So all I'm suggesting is to add a Level Minimum of 5 (that prevent TER if you're afraid of that), lowering the cost (that makes it more inline with how often it could be used as no one is really going to pay 7000 to pull out anything let alone twice anyway and there's nothing someone is going to shell out 4000 for that they need that badly that they can't get away with another way) and you can keep the restrictions if you really feel they need to be there (I personally don't in any cards I've made similar to this, but that's me) but they are preventable and there's a lot of loopholes and tricks to get around them anyway. Playtesting it would show that.
