Hmmm... In fact, the effect isn't as Giovanny said.[i think] It's like that:

"Once per turn, you can pay 200 Life Points, to have the ATK and DEF of this card increased by 200, until that turn's End Phase."

I think it should be like that..;-) But I'm not very sure.:-) Anyway, you should find a picture with a background and change Pokemon-->Fiend[for ex.] And, I think, that Pokemon cards should go on Pop culture section. I mean, Pokemon are series of TV!:-)8)
