As has been said, the graveyard effect is somewhat overpowered. I wouldn't even use it for the field effect (which is a bad -2), just mill it or discard it for a cost to get it into the GY for the powerful effect.

 

Great idea, but the cost for the GY effect (which is at least a +1 right now, quite probably a +2 or 3 in many situations) is way out of line for the power.

The OCG is fine. No errors I see.

 

The effect is balanced out. Simple but balanced. I like it.
